The RRM 5600 is a 48” x 40”, universal, multi-trip plastic pallet that has a phenomenal capacity in high racks. Engineered for all-around high performance, it is perfect for closed circuit applications, production plants and goods distribution. It has a high-impact strength which significantly reduces the risk of damage due to improper handling and extends its service life, adding to its cost savings. It can also be equipped with additional metal reinforcements, adding to its durability. It has a net weight starting at 31 lbs., takes dynamic loads up to 5,600 lbs. and racking loads up to 2,800 lbs.
The RRM 6000 is a 51.2” x 43.3”, lightweight, stackable plastic pallet tailor specifically to the chemical industry. This means it has been tailored to the logistical challenges faced within that industry, minimizing the risk of damaged to the load and providing a trouble-free flow of goods. It is more robustly developed than the standard wooden CP 7 pallet and adds all the advantages of a plastic pallet. Six broad runners on a double deck protect the cargo from damage, provide secure stacking, and ensure smooth transport by either rollers or chain conveyors. Significantly lighter than its wood counterpart, the RRM 6000 offers a great price-performance ratio. It has a static capacity of up to 8,800 lbs. and a dynamic capacity of 3,300 lbs.
Block Stacking: The RRM 7360C is a 48” x 40”, strong, 6-runner rackable and stackable plastic pallet perfect for closed-loop operations. Its cruciform perimeter base and robust design make it especially suitable for block stacking, while the closed deck prevents loose material from dropping through. It also creates fewer pressure points on the cargo, is extremely durable and universal, and is suited for multiple industries. It has a static capacity of up to 14,100 lbs. and a dynamic capacity of up to 4,400 lbs, making it a true workhorse.
The RRM 8300 is a 47.2” x 39.4”, plastic pallet excellent for high rotations and perfectly designed for closed loops. This pallet is made of impact-resistant PP with no metal reinforcements and is ideal for semi-hygienic applications and high-rotation use. Made using gas-assist technology, with internal hollow channels that make it more rigid, it is designed for long life and has an inherent resistance to impacts. Made with either an open or closed deck, with 3, 5 or 6 runners, it has a static capacity of 11,000 lbs. and a dynamic capacity of 5,500 lbs. It can also be made antistatic, conductive or fire-retardant.
The RRM 9000 is a 47.2” x 39.4”, strong, rackable pallet for heavy loads. Designed for racking and useful for big bags, this pallet is made of impact-resistant PP with no metal reinforcement and is ideal for semi-hygienic applications and high-rotation uses such as open or closed pools. This was also made with gas-assist technology—internal gas channels used to ensure extra strength in the finished product. This is particularly useful when the pallets are used in racks. It is the best solution for heavy loads and big bags. It is available only with an open deck and 5-runner base, has a static capacity of up to 13,200 lbs. and a dynamic capacity of up to 6,600 lbs.
The RRM H8330FC is a 47.2” x 31.5”, high-performing hygienic euro pallet designed specifically for food and medical grade products. It strikes the perfect balance between mechanical performance and hygiene requirements. It is manufactured exclusively from food-grade HDPE with no metal reinforcements and has become the standard in many industries across Europe. A fully-closed pallet with no cavities, it makes it impossible for dirt to accumulate and is very easy to clean. Available only with a closed deck and 9 feet, 3 runners, or three runners and fully enclosed, it has a static capacity of up to 11,000 lbs. and a dynamic capacity of up to 5,500 lbs.
