We can even buy back your broken pallets or sometimes your companies plastic waste stream for use in production of new plastic pallets. Static capacity or “floor capacity” is the maximum weight a pallet can support while on the floor. Typically, the static capacity is important when stacking loaded pallets on top of each other in a warehouse or truck. The dynamic capacity or “fork load” is the maximum weight a pallet can support when lifted by a hand truck or fork lift.
Recycled Polypropylene (PP) and High Density Polyethylene are great materials for producing pallets for multi-trip or single use. They are suitable for freezer use and are great sustainable option since they are often made with 100% recycled material and are 100% recyclable! Pallets made with virgin High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) are also FDA approved!. ACM/PO is a mix of different recycled material that is less impact resistant and not suitable for freezer or wet environments. It is best used only for one-time use pallets.
