Returns & Refunds
Products eligible for return must be returned within 7 days of original delivery. If 7 days have passed since delivery of the product, your refund or exchange may be denied. To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us to approve your return and your item must be in original condition, undamaged and unmodified.
All returns will be inspected prior to any credit is issues. Any concerns found during inspection will be discussed and you will be notified once your return has been processed and inspected. Returns at no time include freight costs. Freight & Shipping Fees are non-refundable on all returns. The following products may not be returned under any circumstances:
- Used, modified, or damaged products
- Specially manufactured products: Specially manufactured products are defined as any product that is not in stock that is produced for purchase upon special request or receipt of a Purchase Order.
To be eligible for return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if the order is paid by credit card, customer may receive a partial credit at the discretion of Plastic Pallet Pros.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@plasticpalletpros.com and we will provide the appropriate address for your return. All exchanges must be approved before any physical return of the product. Returns or exchanges at no time will include freight charges. All freight charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
To return your product email info@plasticpalletpros.com for return instructions, including a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
